Appointment Confirmations
Clients will receive appointment reminders prior to their booking via SMS and/or email. Please ensure your contact details are up to date/correct.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a loss of the booking deposit.
Cancellations made within 12 hours, or failure to attend your appointment, may incur a fee equal to 100% of the booked service. Subsequent appointments will need to be paid in full before booking.
Deposits
Upon booking your appointment, we will take a deposit via card over the phone. If you do not wish to pay over the phone, your appointment will be held tentatively for 3 hours, and you will be sent a link to securely pay a deposit online for your appointment to confirm it. Your appointment is not confirmed unless the deposit has been paid.
After your deposit has been paid you can choose to roll that deposit over to each subsequent appointment or use it towards your total bill at your upcoming appointment. Roll over deposits will be held within our booking system. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within the cancellation period outlined above.
